By kve | December 16, 2007
Another question we are asked frequently by clients looking at Big Canoe real estate is what type of restaurants are available nearby. This is usually followed up with questions regarding the quality of the food as well as the overall dining experience. I’ll leave the reviews up to you and just summarize it by saying that I have excellent dining experiences at every restaurant listed here. Here is a brief run-down on dining and restaurants nearby to Big Canoe:
Restaurants Inside of Big Canoe
Lake Sconti Bar and Grill

Serving as our main restaurant temporarily until construction of the new clubhouse is completed in 2008. This is casual dining and close to Lake Disharoon and the pool. Offers bar, wine and beer selections, and enjoys a very convenient location right in the middle of Big Canoe.
Piazza Restaurant
(706) 268-1686
Casual dining located in Wolfscratch Village (center of Big Canoe). Piazza offers bar, wine, and beer selections as well as Italian fare.
Restaurants Within a 5 Minute Drive of the Gates

Located in the Foothills Shopping Center just outside of Big Canoe, this is a popular family destination for pizza and other Italian fare. Beer and wine available.

Located just outside the North Gate of Big Canoe. While still casual, Appalachia is a more upscale dining experience. Bar, wine, and beer services available. Nice selection on the menu.

Located in the Foothills Shopping Center. Casual dining with bar, wine, and beer services available. Plenty to choose from on the menu.
Huddle House
