IBA created this blog to discuss living in Big Canoe as well as the North Georgia real estate market. Spring is on the way in the Big Canoe Community

One of the reasons I like living in the North Georgia Mountains is that we have 4 distinct seasons.  So far this winter, the Community of Big Canoe has enjoyed several beautiful snowfalls.  As I mentioned in other blogs, it’s a pretty good deal because the snow in the mountains is really pretty, but everything usually clears up within 24-48 hours.  I can now see signs of spring all over Big Canoe. 

The daffodils are in full bloom, and the trees are really starting to bud out.  In the next 2-3 weeks, the trees and plants should be in full spring bloom, and it should be a beautiful time to take a trip up to check out the Big Canoe real estate market.  IBA Mountain Homes has some great homes listed for sale right now:
