Sales Stats for Big Canoe-What Happened to Dan?
I have had a lot of people ask what has happened to our monthly Big Canoe sales stats. I had no idea the stats were so popular. Dan, my husband has posted the stats from the beginning. He has since switched gears and by very popular demand Dan has started a Web Company named Georgia Mountain Web Design and Development (sadly he has been to busy doing sites to hang up his own shingle on the Internet). Many local companies have contracted him to develop, manage, host, and market their sites. Word of mouth has kept him on his toes and he is finally doing exactly what he has wanted to do since I met him. Living in Big Canoe and working from home is about as good as it gets. However if anyone has an extra tanning light available please send it our way since he spends way too much time indoors. I mentioned the stats to him and he has passed the reins over to me. From here on out I’ll post the stats, but thought I’d post them here on the blog tonight because August was a pretty decent month. I predict real estate in Big Canoe for the months of September, October and November will also show a rise from this past summer.

Please note that this data comes directly from FMLS. I know there are more foreclosures for sale up here, but only 2 are listed with FMLS.
