Owner Motivated and Lease Purchase Possible for Big Canoe Home

As I have mentioned many times before, the key to selling a house in this market is to be open to all options. One of my clients, the owner of 5216 Columbine Drive in Big Canoe is ready for offers! The bright and sunny home was built in 2006 on a private view lot at the far end of Columbine Drive. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home features 3 levels of luxury! The main level has a master, living/great room, kitchen, laundry, screened porch and large deck. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath, and a common room with a fireplace as well. 1. Purchase the home outright and all offers will be seriously considered.

2. Purchase the home and the owner will consider “owner financing” a portion of it.

3. Lease Purchase the home for 1 year. (Call or email for details)

4. Lease the home for one year. (Call for prices)

5. Most of the furnishings are negotiable.

If you have always dreamed of coming to Big Canoe and felt like it would be too tricky to do, then this is the house to consider. This owner is willing to work with you on his home. It may be worth a look!
