IBA created this blog to discuss living in Big Canoe as well as the North Georgia real estate market. We are full time residents of the Big Canoe community, and our job is real estate - thus the name of the blog! :) Our blog is opinion. Community of Big Canoe Real Estate (Resales) Activity - March 2008

Happy St. Patty’s Day to you all and best wishes to you tomorrow morning!!  So far for the month of March, Big Canoe Community real estate activity (resales) has:

• 3 houses pending with an average price of $445,966
• 2 foreclosures listed, 1 is under contract, average price is $239,900.  One of these is 1022 Sparrows Nest which is Contingent - Under Contract, the other is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo listed for $94,900. (That’s a DEAL!!)
