Big Canoe Community Rental Rates for the Canoe Lodge, Swim Club, Wildcat Pavilion, and Playfield Park
The North Georgia mountain community of Big Canoe offers a variety of areas to hold parties, receptions, or other types of gatherings. Facilities such as the Canoe Lodge can accommodate weddings and larger parties. Aside from the comfortable Lodge, there is also a large patio and beach area overlooking beautiful Lake Sconti. Other areas such as the Playfield Park, the Wildcat Recreation Pavilion, Playfield Park, and the Swim Club.
The Wildcat Recreation Area features a large covered pavilion with grills and a huge outdoor fireplace. The pool is adjacent to the pavilion and offers a water playground for the kids. There are also soccer fields, a baseball field, basketball courts, and plenty of parking available.
The Playfield Park is the same area that the Big Canoe Community hosts its Octoberfest in every year. The park is located next to the Lake Petit dam, and it features grills, playgrounds, picnic tables, and the large playfield itself. Parking is limited on the side closest tot he dam, but there is ample parking on the other side of the park (short walk).
The Swim Club is nice for kid’s birthday parties and smaller gatherings. This area is next to the Swim Club located adjacent to the Lake Disharoon beach. Aside from the pool, there are grills and plenty of parking also available. The Sconti Grill is also located nearby.
