Today is a lucky day because I picked up a FABULOUS listing! It’s one of only 3 homes on Lake Sconti with a clear lake and golf course view. It is centrally located and within walking distance to all the amenities, especially the new clubhouse!! There is a nice history behind this house also. It was originally owned by a couple in their 90s that would visit on the weekends and liked to fish and entertain. They put a little landing out by the lake where they could set a couple of chairs and would fish and drink a few scotches down by the lake deep into twilight. Last year when I heard it went up for sale, I put my sneakers on because I knew I needed to move quickly and brought everyone I thought was in reach through the house. Everyone loved it but only one couple was ready to buy. The new owners love the home very much and have improved it tremendously since they bought it, the biggest highlight is the 10 by 36′ deck overlooking the lake. However because they planned to move up to Big Canoe full time they chose to buy a bigger lake home.

Rarely do any of the 3 Lakewatch lakeside homes ever make it to the market because they sell via word of mouth but the owners decided that they wanted to get it up on the market with as much exposure as possible.
