IBA created this blog to discuss living in Big Canoe as well as the North Georgia real estate market. We are full time residents of the Big Canoe community, and our job is real estate - thus the name of the blog! :) Our blog is opinion. Foreclosures in the Big Canoe Community Real Estate Market

The North Georgia Community of Big Canoe real estate market has been fairly stable.  However, the nationwide slow down in the real estate market has resulted in some foreclosures.  As of March 2008, FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service) lists only two foreclosures for sale in the Big Canoe Community.
