Spring Fever or Market Upswing? Big Canoe Real Estate is Starting to Sizzle!

Rainbow in Big Canoe
Today I am starting my post with this awe inspiring picture taken by Jordan, a Big Canoe Resident with an eye for color (no pun intended)! This picture was taken off their back porch.
This past weekend awakened many hopes that Spring will arrive sooner rather than later in the North Georgia Mountains. Encouraging news, the Buyers were out and about smiling with good hopes of finding their Big Canoe homes at bargain prices. One of my homes went pending last week and I recently aquired some new beautiful listings that I know will sell this spring. Please take a look at these homes by clicking on the links and call me if any of them tickle your fancy!
