Owner Motivated and Lease Purchase Possible for Big Canoe Home

As I have mentioned many times before, the key to selling a house in this market is to be open to all options. One of my clients, the owner of 5216 Columbine Drive in Big Canoe is ready for offers! The bright and sunny home was built in 2006 on a private view lot at the far end of Columbine Drive. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home features 3 levels of luxury! The main level has a master, living/great room, kitchen, laundry, screened porch and large deck. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath, and a common room with a fireplace as well. The lower level is perfect for entertaining guests with a bar, and large great room with a pool table, fireplace, game table nook, enormous lower deck and a 4th bedroom with a full bath. There is also a 2 car detached garage with a breezeway. It really is a must see and the following suggestions would be considered by the owner:
1. Purchase the home outright and all offers will be seriously considered.
2. Purchase the home and the owner will consider “owner financing” a portion of it.
3. Lease Purchase the home for 1 year. (Call or email for details)
4. Lease the home for one year. (Call for prices)
5. Most of the furnishings are negotiable.

If you have always dreamed of coming to Big Canoe and felt like it would be too tricky to do, then this is the house to consider. This owner is willing to work with you on his home. It may be worth a look!
PS – If you are have been searching for Big Canoe rentals, this home is also available selectively for weekend rentals. please give me a call/email if you’d like to “try it out”. (No pets please)

Change the light bulbs to the maximum wattage allowed by your fixtures; open all shades, shutters and drapes; and organize your closets. Have extra hangars in the entry closet room for coats. When replacing worn or dated carpets, re-carpet everything the same throughout the house. If painting the interior, use white or very light shades of color. This creates an empty canvas for the buyer to work with.

Thanks for your article. One other thing is when you are selling your property all on your own, one of the troubles you need to be conscious of upfront is how to deal with property inspection accounts. As a FSBO vendor, the key about successfully shifting your property and saving money upon real estate agent commission rates is information. The more you understand, the softer your sales effort are going to be. One area that this is particularly essential is information about home inspections. Regards, NestHeaven
