Notable Big Canoe Foreclosures

Just found a newly listed foreclosure in Big Canoe that has a lot of potential! I will cut to the chase and list the features.
The Good:
- 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths
- 1 car garage and a 2 car carport
- Master on main with nearly step-less entry
- Practically brand new built in 2007
- Open kitchen with island
- Only 2 minutes from the gate and in walking distance to Wildcat amenities
The Bad:
- Needs a DEEP cleaning
- Needs interior paint
- Needs appliances
- Kitchen is small
The Possibility:
- Upgrade kitchen with granite and back-splash and new appliances
- Upgrade bathrooms with tile, granite, fixtures
- Add tongue and groove ceilings
For only 145K this house would make a nice rental, weekender, or even a fine full time home. Even if you put 55K into the upgrades I think it would cover just about everything I mentioned. Here is the listing so please give me a call if you’d like to see it in person!
PLEASE NOTE that this house had an offer within a week of listing it. It went under contract by the time I finished this blog. This proves that the good ones go fast!
Here is another foreclosure with an amazing view and a low price. It’s a little older and somewhat dated but that view isn’t going anywhere and the house can be updated!

Hello! This post couldn’t be written any better! Reading through this post reminds me of my previous room mate! He always kept talking about this. I will forward this page to him. Fairly certain he will have a good read. Many thanks for sharing!
