My How Things Have Changed Since 1981
Ok, 1981 wasn’t exactly a million years ago BUT technologically speaking it was even longer than a million years. As an 11 year old in 1981 my only concern regarding technology was making sure my Sony Walkman had batteries and rockin’ tunes with homemade tapes from my record collections. But I digress. Today we have more technology in our homes than NASA had in the 60’s! Practically all the information we need and more is at the tip of our fingers. Below are some helpful sites for any of you that are interested in looking for homes in the Big Canoe Community.

One other site that I find very helpful it the new IDX home search that is now available on my site. It is a step above the other searches and provides a lot of information. We even have specialized searches such as foreclosures and short sales which seem to be very popular. If you think of any searches that you would like, email me and I can tray to arrange an addition.
I personally use the Tax Records sites on a regular basis. Although i have other sites that require memberships I think that these are very handy and are located on my favorites list. As I come across others that I think you may be able to use I will post them too. Keep in mind that searching the tax records can sometimes be tricky.
