Looking for Info on Bent Tree Real Estate and Homes for Sale ?

Not far from Big Canoe is another gated resort community called Bent Tree. It is located in Jasper, Georgia fairly close to town and is very similar to Big Canoe in many ways. With amenities like Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Lakes and Stables, Bent Tree has a lot of aesthetic and intriguing qualities. It was developed in the 1970′s as a 3,500 acre mountain community with elevations up to 3,200 feet and currently consists of approximately 950 homes. According to FMLS there are 68 homes for sale ranging from the high 600′s to high 100′s.
One of my latest comments on a blog about Jasper, Ga foreclosures was a request about how they wished Bent Tree had a blog like this. The good news is that Bent Tree does indeed have a great blog. My husband Dan is a web developer and makes sites, IDX real estate inegration, sets up blogs, and hosts various businesses. One of his customers is Don Martin, a Realtor who specializes in Bent Tree Real Estate and homes for sale. Don has a great blog that helps to describe what life is like in Bent Tree. Stop by and say hi to Don. I’m sure he’d be glad to answer questions regarding home sales and real estate in Bent Tree.

Karin,
Thanks for the kind words on my blog. I am really enjoying working with it and someday I hope to be as good a source on Bent Tree as your site is on Big Canoe.
Dan has done a great job setting up my website and both my blogs and I am getting lots of positive comments on them.
We are forturnate enough to be supporting two great communities. Bent Tree and Big Canoe are similar; however, there are enough differences so that between the two we can meet the requirements of just about any buyer looking for a gated community environment in North Georgia.
Thanks again for the notice and for the great job you are doing over in Big Canoe.
See you ’round the mountains,
Don Martin
