They spent more than a year and a small fortune making this home, as you predicted, spectacular, but in a understated, yet very elegant way. They didn't stop at just the house either, the deck along Blackwell creek got a makeover with new steps and lighting, new hot tub etc. Then the secret path the waterfall observation deck now has that deck enclosed in a lovely screened sleeping porch overlooking the waterfall. Really the finest thing I have seen at Big Canoe. I saw this home recently and I can tell you that the people who bought this foreclosure had vision!
