Happy St. Patty’s Day to you all and best wishes to you tomorrow morning!!  So far for the month of March, Big Canoe Community real estate activity (resales) has:

  • 3 houses pending with an average price of $445,966
  • 2 foreclosures listed, 1 is under contract, average price is $239,900.  One of these is 1022 Sparrows Nest which is Contingent – Under Contract, the other is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo listed for $94,900. (That’s a DEAL!!)
