Little Cabin in the Woods!

Are you looking for a great foreclosure in the Big Canoe Community? This 2 bedroom 2 bath house would make an amazing rental, or a cozy hideaway. Located on a quiet and private wooded street in walking distance to Indian Rocks Park, it is the epitome of a little cabin in the woods. It can easily be fixed up and converted into a chic getaway with some TLC.  The left side of the home’s siding has been replaced with concrete board siding. Other immediate concerns include but are not limited to: paint, siding, pressure washing, central heating and air, and a cracked shower door.

This cabin will probably NOT last for long on the market. Please contact me at karin@ibamountainhomes.com or (770) 655-4303 if you want to take a look. It is raining today so my pictures are dark, but I didn’t want to wait until the sun came out to tell you about it. Enjoy the rest of the pictures.
