About one month ago I wrote about a foreclosure on Lake Disharoon in Big Canoe. The price has just dropped to 385K! This is an INSANELY low price. If you are in the market for a foreclosure you need to call me because this one will go fast at this price. Please be sure you are pre qualified. You will be able to have an inspection period.
