6118 Wake Robin Drive Scores a Perfect 10 on the Big Canoe Caravan!
Today’s weather was unseasonably warm with partial sunshine and a breezy 72 degrees. Normally I don’t mention the weather but I consider it a dramatic climate change from the snow we had 2 weeks ago. With a warmer climate change comes a bad outbreak of spring fever! The agent caravan was this morning where all the Big Canoe real estate companies submit listings and allthe other agents tour them. My 6118 Wake Robin was on the list and it showed like a dream. It had perfect 10′s across the board as far as pricing, location, and home quality was concerned. I was a proud agent knowing that the caravan agents are not shy to tell anyone if a home is over priced of just plain needs help!
This home isn’t huge but it is huge on character and the fact that it is sold fully furnished is that much more appetizing to the weekender buyer that just wants to escape or getaway every once in a while. The furnishings are fabulous but more importantly they are durable! It is only steps away from the Jeep Trail and the rushing creek can be heard standing on the deck beckoning the explorer in you to check under every rock for a hunk of gold that may have been missed from the prospectors from ages ago. The relaxed open floorplan allows for casual dining and room for 20 plus party guests very comfortably. However the best part about this home is that it doesn’t have to be a weekender, it can easily be an empty-nester for full time with plenty of room on the terrace for guests and family.
I strongly feel that it will sell quickly and that the new owners, full or part time will enjoy every moment in this gem of a home aptly named Incommunicado!!!!

Hi Karin,
Just checking out your latest blog, and I agree that 6118 Wake Robin is a great house at a great price. I remember that home from a few years ago, and it has never looked better than it does now. AND all that nice, new furniture is included in the price. Good luck with it.

Thanks Margo! We have had a lot of interest in North Georgia weekenders and getaways, so we hope to have a lot of interest in 6118 Wake Robin Drive.
