Lots - Residential Developed Lots are lots that have improvements such
as utilities vs. "Farms" which may have no utilities run to the property.
Condos - A residential structure that contains 2 or more units. The
interior is individually owned while the exterior property is
generally owned in common by the owners of the units.
# For Sale - The number of a particular type listed as Active or For Sale
on FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service). FMLS is the primary listing service
for Pickens and Dawson counties.
Low Price - Lowest price for a particular type listed on FMLS as Active or For Sale.
High Price - Highest price for a particular type listed on FMLS as Active
or For Sale.
Average Price - A sum of the list prices for a particular type divided
by the number of properties listed as Active or For Sale on FMLS.
Under Contract - The number of homes that have gone "Under Contract" or "Pending" so far for the month. Once both the Seller and Buyer reach an agreement on the terms of the contract (everyone has signed on the dotted line), the status of a listing is changed to "Pending" on FMLS. This means that the property is no longer being actively marketed.
Closed - The number of homes that have closed so far for the month.
