As a newcomer to Big Canoe it is sometimes difficult to decide which neighborhood to reside. Many buyers choose to lease a home in Big Canoe for 6 months or a year so they can become familiar with all the neighborhoods while they enjoy all that Big Canoe has to offer.
It is a good idea if you are building a home in Big Canoe to live here as well to oversee the daily events of the construction. Builders often call the owners to meet them at the construction site during several stages of the building process. Being on hand can also expedite the the wole building process.

Renters are allowed to use the amenities with signed permission from their landlords.
